for the next twenty years. She accepted the call to the preaching ministry in 1998, and in 1999, Reverend Caldwell was licensed to preach and ordained in 2002.
Maryland, Master of Divinity (M.Div.), 2004, Howard University, Washington, DC,, She is currently pursuing the Doctor of Ministry degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology, Virginia Union University, Richmond, Virginia.
Her favorite scripture, among many, is Psalm 46:10, “Be still and know that I am God.”

Reverend Dr. Diana Jackson-Lovett, a native of Norfolk, VA, oversees the First Baptist Church, Inc. of North Brentwood Christian Education ministry which includes our Church School, Vacation Bible School, Adult Bible Classes, and special conferences and events. In addition, she oversees the Education Ministry, God’s Property Stewardship Ministry, Holiday Sharing Ministry, Marriage Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Youth Ministry, and Health Ministry (with Rev. Caldwell).
Rev. Jackson-Lovett’s achievements in Church-based Ministry include: expanding the number and breadth of our Adult Bible Classes, including introducing virtual classes; leading several new ministry initiatives including Missions Blitz Outreach event, our annual Women’s Conference, and other events which have become on-going activities of the church.
Outside of the church, Rev. Jackson-Lovett is a writer, speaker, coach and consultant. She authors a daily faith-based devotional message which is distributed electronically to an audience throughout the US. She is most grateful for her roles as wife and mother. With her husband, Deacon Darryl Lovett, they are proud parents of five adult children and one wonderful son-in-law (who is also a pastor) AND blessed grandparents of three wonderful grandchildren.
Rev. Jackson-Lovett earned a Bachelors in Communications and Masters In Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University; Masters and PhD in Counseling from the University of Maryland; Master of Divinity degree from Howard University School of Divinity, and Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University.

Minister Kimberli A. Meadows was licensed to preach the Gospel in November of 2013 by Rev. Dr. Duane T. Kay at the First Baptist Church, Inc. of North Brentwood. Her seminary studies included the Howard University School of Divinity (Washington, D.C.) and Wesley Theological Seminary (Washington, D.C.) where she earned her Masters of Divinity degree in 2017. Before accepting the call to ministry, she spent 25 years as an award-winning, broadcast television producer, and media and public relations manager for national nonprofits. As a full-time staff member, Minister Meadows serves as the FBCNB Director of Communications. In this position, she organized and spearheads the Media Ministry, which is a dynamic, group of staff and servant volunteers comprised of audio and video technicians, writers, marketing specialists, graphic designers, website managers, technical support specialists, social media communicators, and display coordinators.
